Democratic Election: Full Participation, Fairness and Transparency On March 27th, the first employee representative election conference of the company officially kicked off under the auspices of Zhou Yun, the secretary of the VOOFU Permanent Magnet Party Branch. Zhou Yun first read out the election methods and procedures, emphasizing the fairness and standardization of the election. All employees from various workshops and departments participated in the election by secret ballot, and the new employee representatives were finally elected. To ensure the openness and transparency of the election results, the company publicized the list of elected representatives for a period of 3 working days, accepting supervision from all employees.
The Workers' Congress convened: Jointly discussing development and building consensus On April 2nd, the first Workers' Congress was officially convened. Zhou Yun announced the list of employee representatives at the meeting and provided a detailed explanation of the company's newly revised rules and regulations, as well as policy documents, to all representatives. The participating representatives engaged in heated discussions around topics such as salary and benefits, employee care, attendance system, confidentiality system, performance evaluation, and sales commissions, actively offering suggestions and ideas. During the voting process, representatives deliberated on the revised content. For some of the clauses that raised objections, Zhou Yun took notes on the spot and promised to organize a special discussion after the meeting. The final formal document would be publicized again after being formed.
