100000 Nm permanent magnet drive transmission performance type test bench

Voofu Permanent Magnet Technology has further increased equipment investment in the production and trial equipment of the technology center, and has jointly built a 2MW permanent magnet transmission and drive full performance type test bench with the 712 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and Suzhou University, with a usage area of nearly 600 square meters. It has also purchased 2MW level regenerative permanent magnet motors and permanent magnet combined speed controller test systems (including 2 2MW load motors, 2 2MW frequency converter cast iron platforms, torque measuring instruments and measurement and control systems, etc.). The total investment in enterprise technology development instruments and equipment has reached 12.4653 million yuan, and has jointly established the "Permanent Magnet Transmission Industry Technology Innovation Center" with Suzhou University, giving full play to their respective advantages, strong alliances, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win principles, and jointly developing. We have established a long-term and stable technological innovation cooperation relationship.

6. Can be used for type testing and factory testing of permanent magnet speed controllers such as disc, cylinder, air-cooled, oil cooled, water-cooled, etc;

7. Can be used for type testing and factory testing of disc and cylindrical permanent magnet couplings;

8. Can be used for type testing and factory testing of winding permanent magnet speed controllers;
